Jimmy Grafton

Jimmy Grafton is an experienced Product Owner and Manager with a strong background in back-end platform engineering and a passion for front-end development. Currently leading a team of 16 engineers at Token, Grafton focuses on translating company vision into execution, prioritizing requirements, and enhancing team efficiency. Previously, Grafton held senior roles at 11:FS and Basiq, where responsibilities included consulting for major investment banks and defining strategic elements of Open Banking in the Fintech sector. With foundational experience as a Business Analyst at Westpac and Data Republic, as well as technical roles at Assembly Payments and Apple, Grafton brings a diverse skill set grounded in both technical and strategic thinking. Grafton earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Class I in Business Information Systems from the University of Sydney.
