Kristian Kolding Foged-Ladefoged is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in Java development and software architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Java Developer at Token.io since 2025, Kristian previously held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Personio from 2022 to 2025. Kristian's career includes a role as a Software Architect at Paf - Games Sport Casino, where advocacy for event-driven architecture was a key responsibility. As a co-founder and Lead Software Engineer at NRKSensors from 2015 to 2019, Kristian developed innovative solutions for measuring equine kinematics.
