Alvaro Garrido Mesa is a legal expert with extensive experience in digital assets and tokenisation. Currently, Alvaro serves as the Founding Partner at Legal Node, providing legal advisory services, and holds positions as Legal Secretary and Board Member at ERC3643 Association, focusing on real-world asset tokenisation standards. As Head of Legal at Tokeny, Alvaro oversees legal and regulatory matters, and acts as an Advisor to Sub7 Security. Previously, Alvaro was a Partner at 2140 Consulting, the first digital asset advisory firm in the EU, and a Senior Associate at Loyens & Loeff, specializing in finance transactions and regulatory compliance. Alvaro began legal practice as Legal Counsel at TE Connectivity. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
