Joel Tse

Joel Tse is a seasoned professional in business systems operations with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Systems Operations at Tokio Marine Highland since August 2022, Joel previously held the position of Solution Delivery Lead at AXA XL, where responsibilities included global representation for business process integration and management of 13 department-specific applications. During a long tenure at AXA Art Americas Corporation from 2002 to 2020, Joel significantly enhanced operational efficiencies, oversaw IT solutions, disaster recovery, and established critical service level agreements. Additionally, Joel has experience in coaching and training as the Head Coach for Team In Training's NYC Chapter, where leadership in planning and logistics was key. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Syracuse University.
