Michael Gerasimov

Michael Gerasimov is an accomplished professional in business transformation and project management, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Business Transformation at Tokio Marine Highland since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Program Manager at Tokio Marine Kiln from July 2021 to July 2023, as well as various positions at Tokio Marine HCC from May 2010 to July 2021, where responsibilities included Program Manager, Business Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager, and Systems Analyst/Business Analyst. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as an IT Consultant and Analyst Programmer for several companies, including Almista and Iceberg Software Limited, from September 2005 to April 2010. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. Hons) in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town and a Secondary School Diploma with Distinction in Mathematics from Sedulinos Secondary School.
