Tetsuhiro Shinohara

Tetsuhiro Shinohara currently serves as Section Chief Digital Strategist at Tokio Marine Holdings Inc., where responsibilities include planning and implementing digital business strategies for the entire group since April 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., focusing on international insurance for the aviation industry and fire insurance for leading enterprises. Tetsuhiro handled global matters, including negotiations with overseas brokers and companies. An internship at Fidel Softech P. Ltd. provided additional training in 2017. Tetsuhiro holds a Master's degree in Electric Engineering, Information and Bio-Science from Waseda University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information & Bio-science from the same institution, complemented by studies at Peking University and Beijing Language and Culture University.
