Aulia Kautsarindra

Aulia Kautsarindra is a skilled professional in human resources and management with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UIN Walisongo Semarang. Currently serving as a Merchant Care Reguler at PT Tokopedia since August 2023, Aulia has previously held positions including Human Resource at Bimbel Variasi Cinde, where responsibilities included teacher evaluation, student development consultation, and payroll management. Additional experience includes working as a Staff of Human Capital at Ruang Teras, where Aulia focused on HR monitoring and volunteer coordination, and serving as a Peer Counselor at Walisongo Health and Professional Development Center.
