Ghina Qudsi

Ghina Qudsi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Tokopedia since June 2016, currently serving as Customer Engagement Senior Lead. In this role, Ghina manages divisions such as Knowledge & Content Management and has held interim leadership positions in Customer Engagement and Customer Operations, where Ghina oversaw a significant transition in the customer service model. Additionally, as Lead in Partner Management, Ghina directed several operational and customer service initiatives across multiple cities. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Lecturer at IPB University, where Ghina taught nutrition assessment and research methods, as well as internships and roles in nutrition and finance management. Ghina holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Sciences from IPB University.
