Frédéric Cambecèdes

Frédéric Cambecèdes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Frédéric is currently the COO at TokTokDoc since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager Program Management Office at the same company from February 2021 to August 2022. Before joining TokTokDoc, Frédéric served as a Lecturer at EM Strasbourg Business School from January 2016 till now.

Frédéric also has experience at France Num, where they worked as an Expert in digital transformation, innovation, and strategy, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, from May 2015 to February 2021. Frédéric has extensive experience in strategy definition and implementation, financial and commercial performance follow-up, coaching, advising on legal issues, and organizing events and serious games.

Prior to that, Frédéric was the Chief Strategy Officer at #rmstouch from June 2015 to July 2019, where they supported in strategy implementation, financial management, coaching, advising on legal matters, and organizing events. Frédéric also has experience in various roles at Octapharma, including General Manager, Production Director & Technical Director, Production Manager, Corporate Procurement Manager, and Supply Chain Manager, where they were responsible for managing teams, coordinating purchasing activities, negotiating contracts, and implementing quality principles.

Frédéric's early work experience includes roles at Kraft Foods, where they worked as a Mini-plant Manager and a Supply Chain Project Leader, and at Arcelor and A-Development, where they had apprenticeship and consultant roles respectively.

Frédéric Cambecèdes completed their Master of Science degree in Industrial Production from Centrale Lille in the years 1990 to 1993. Frédéric later pursued an Executive MBA in Business Strategy & Management from IFG Executive Education / Université Paris Ouest, which they completed between 2007 and 2009. In 2015 and 2016, Frédéric acquired a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from CentraleSupélec. Additionally, in October 2018, they obtained the Activateur France Num certification from France Num.
