Ehsan Vaghefi

Ehsan Vaghefi is the co-founder and science lead at Toku Eyes, part of MedTech-CoRE New Zealand. With a background in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, Ehsan has held various titles at The University of Auckland since 2010, including Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer & Senior Research Fellow, Lecturer and Research Fellow, Research Scientist, and Lecturer in Optometry. Passionate about designing and developing novel ophthalmic imaging devices for personalized eye care, Ehsan collaborates with a team to deliver faster and more affordable solutions in the field.
