Hau Tran

Hau Tran has worked in various technical roles in different companies over the years. From June 2018 to May 2022, Hau worked as a ServiceNow Consultant at DXC Technology. Hau then joined FPT Software in June 2022 as an Associate Technical Architect before moving to Activeo in October 2022 to work as a Technical Consultant. Currently, Hau is employed at Toku as a Technical Consultant since April 2023.

Hau Tran earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ton Duc Thang University. In addition to their degree, Hau has obtained several certifications including the "Certified Implementation Specialist - Application Portfolio Management" from ServiceNow in February 2022. They also hold certifications from ServiceNow in areas such as Application Development, Customer Service Management, Event Management, Human Resources, IT Service Management, Project Portfolio Management, and System Administration. Hau has also earned the "Quality Clouds Certified Professional" certification from Quality Clouds.
