Jonathan Mondon

Jonathan Mondon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jonathan began their career in 2008 as a Business Development professional at Gest'Advance. Jonathan then worked as a Sales Account Manager at Keyrus from 2010 to 2013, followed by a role as a Senior Sales Executive at Damaris Groupe from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Activeo as a Sales Account Manager, where they spent six months in the Paris office before relocating to Singapore. At Activeo, Jonathan eventually became the Managing Director and played a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Jonathan also served as the Honorary Treasurer at the Contact Centre Association of Singapore from 2022. In 2016, Activeo Singapore acquired Kasturi Technology, and Jonathan became the Director in charge of business development and collaboration between the entities. Jonathan merged the legal entity with Activeo Singapore in June 2020. Currently, Jonathan is the Head of Enterprise at Toku, a role they assumed in April 2023.

Jonathan Mondon obtained a Master's degree in Sales Management from IAE France - Écoles Universitaires de Management from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Sales Manager in Small and Medium Enterprises and Business Units from ICL - L'école des Business Developers from 2007 to 2009. Jonathan also holds a degree in Computer Science from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, completed between 2005 and 2007.
