Thomas Laboulle has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2008 with the Belgian Defence, where they held the roles of Platoon Leader (2nd Lieutenant) and Instructor. In 2008, they also worked for the United Nations - UNIFIL as a Platoon Leader (1st Lieutenant). In 2009, they returned to the Belgian Defence and was Second in Command (Coy Level). In 2010, they worked for NATO - ISAF as a Team Leader and Mentor. In 2011, they worked for ORMIT as a Management Trainee. In 2016, they worked for GlobalRoam Group Ltd as the CEO. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO & Founder of Toku, a cloud communications provider headquartered in Singapore. Finally, in 2012, they founded Mundito and has since served as Chairman.

Thomas Laboulle has a comprehensive education history, beginning in 2000 when they obtained their A2 in HF Electronics from the Royal Technical School of the Air Force in Sint Truiden, Belgium. From 2002 to 2006, they studied Social and Military Sciences at the Royal Military Academy in Belgium and earned a Master degree. Thomas then pursued Postgraduate Studies in Business Administration at KU Leuven, which they completed in 2008. In 2009, they returned to KU Leuven to complete Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Finance, which they finished in 2011. In 2013, they obtained an Executive Master in IT Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Additionally, Thomas Laboulle holds certifications from APMG-International and EXIN, including PRINCE2 2009 Foundation and Practitioner, and an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
