Brian Pfeifer

Brian Pfeifer has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Brian currently holds the role of Technical Marketing Engineer, Principal at Tokyo Electron US, where they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tokyo Electron America, Inc. from 2016 to 2022 as a Principal Application Engineer, Optimization Services.

Before joining Tokyo Electron, Pfeifer worked at TEL Epion from 2011 to 2016. There, they held the positions of Principal Process Engineer, Customer Support Operations - Gas Cluster Ion Beam, and Senior Field Applications Engineer - Gas Cluster Ion Beam. In these roles, they were responsible for project management, establishing and executing KPIs, and providing support to customer executive management teams.

Earlier in their career, Pfeifer worked at Cree as an R&D Engineer, focusing on LED fabrication and new fab start-up. Brian also had a role as a Metallization Project Engineer at International Rectifier.

Pfeifer's career began at IBM, where they held various positions as a Thin Film Metal Process Engineer, Chemical Mechanical Polish (CMP) Process Engineer, and Post CMP Defect and Controls Engineer.

Brian Pfeifer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from Wilkes University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Brian also received a certification as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ in 2016.
