Henry Yue

Henry (Hongyu) Yue has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Principal Product Marketing Manager and previously in various roles at Tokyo Electron since 2000. This includes positions as a Program Manager and Principal Research Scientist. Prior to rejoining Tokyo Electron, Henry was a Process Engineer at Texas Instruments from 2004 to 2007 and worked as a Process Engineer earlier at Tokyo Electron. Henry began a professional career as an Intern at Advanced Micro Devices in 1998. Educationally, Henry holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 2000, and has a background from Tsinghua University.
