Katrina Tanner

Katrina Tanner is currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Tokyo Electron US. With previous experience as an Assistant Director of Human Resources at Reed College, Tanner has a background in incorporating equity and inclusion strategies, process improvement, organizational development, and community outreach. With a Ph.D. in Human Ecology from Louisiana State University, Tanner has also worked in various roles such as a Human Resources Analyst at Clackamas County and a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at OHSU. Additionally, Tanner has experience providing diversity training and consulting services at Global Inclusion Consulting.
