Michael Graf has extensive experience in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as Deputy GM of Engineering and Production at TEL Manufacturing and Engineering of America since 2020. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at TEL Epion Inc. from 2007 to 2020, including President, Vice President of Product Development and Engineering, and Director of Product Development. Michael's career began at Axcelis Technologies, where contributions were made as Chief Scientist and Implant Technology Manager from 1996 to 2007, following a tenure as Senior Research Scientist at Science Research Laboratory in 1995-1996. Michael earned a Ph.D. in Applied Plasma Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
