Mika Kobayashi

Mika Kobayashi, MBA, is an experienced program manager at Tokyo Electron US since February 1997, overseeing Total Spares Management programs from operations to billing, and managing global contract negotiations and new program development. Previously, as a technical coordinator, Mika developed configuration management systems for an R&D testing center and managed parts orders for lithography systems. In the initial career stage, Mika contributed to the startup of a manufacturing facility while collaborating on semiconductor manufacturing equipment design. Prior to Tokyo Electron, an export coordinator role at BMCI involved preparing export documentation for U.S. and Japanese customs. Mika holds an MBA from Marylhurst University and a degree in Sociology and Music Performance from Linfield University.
