Todd Spencer

Todd Spencer has extensive work experience in sales and business development. Todd is currently the Director of Sales at Tolco Corporation since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Americo Manufacturing Company for five years in various roles including Sales Director, Western USA – Commercial Division and Business Development Manager. Todd also held positions at Carlisle FoodService Products as the National Director of Sales and Director of Sales - National Accounts. Todd worked at Compass Minerals as the Sales Director - Jan/San for nine years and at Spectrum Brands as a Demand & Sales Analyst for two years. Todd started their career at Pursell Industries, where they held multiple roles including Demand Planning Manager, Systems Training Specialist, and Director of Corporate Customer Service. Todd also worked as the Manager of Customer Service at Koos Inc / IMC Vigoro.

Todd Spencer attended UW Stevens Point from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Prior to that, they attended Greendale High School from 1980 to 1984. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an HACCP certification from the International HACCP Alliance and Professional Food Safety Ltd. in 2013.
