Ian Gagnon

Ian Gagnon is an experienced professional in emergency services and safety management. Currently serving as a Firefighter/EMT for both the Toledo Fire and Rescue Department and the Whitehouse Fire Department since July and August 2022, respectively, Ian holds Firefighter II and EMT-B certifications. Previously, Ian was the Director of Safety at The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium, ensuring the protection of staff and volunteers while promoting the organization's mission of wildlife education and conservation. Ian has also served as a Senior Federal Air Marshal, a Production Supervisor at Pilkington, a Probation Officer for Franklin County Municipal Court, a Safety Officer for Toledo Public Schools, and a Student Safety Service Coordinator at Bowling Green State University. Ian earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University.
