Kendra Kec, MPA, is an experienced public administrator with a strong focus on childhood wellness and community services. Currently serving as the Director of Childhood Wellness at the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department since March 2022, Kendra advocates for children's health and develops effective programs like WIC and Healthy Start. Previously, Kendra held roles such as Grants Coordinator and Interim Director of Childhood Wellness at the same department. Before that, Kendra served as Director of Programs and Services at The Art Tatum Zone, positively impacting over 500 youth, and as Assistant Court Administrator for the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, overseeing a large staff and securing significant grants. Kendra began the career as a Project Director and Probation Officer in Norwalk and has a solid educational background with a Master's in Public Administration from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University.
