Christina Fletcher has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Christina began their career in 2000 as an English Teacher at Toledo Public Schools, where they worked until 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they served as an English Language Art Teacher at Phoenix Academy. Following that, they worked as a Lead Teacher at Phoenix Academy from 2013 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been employed by Toledo Public Schools, initially as an Assistant Principal and currently as a School Principal.
Christina Fletcher completed their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Education from The University of Toledo in the years 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued their Master of Education (M.Ed) in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from The University of Toledo from 2008 to 2010. Furthermore, they obtained an Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) in Educational Administration and Supervision from Bowling Green State University from 2015 to 2017.
