Drake Furey

Drake Furey is an experienced professional in sports entertainment and education. Currently serving as an In-Game Host for both the Toledo Walleye and the Toledo Mud Hens, Drake engages fans through interactive promotions and oversees game-night entertainment activities. In addition to this role, Drake works with the Mid-American Conference as part of the chain crew and has experience officiating varsity football and basketball games. With a background in broadcasting, Drake founded a sports broadcasting Instagram page and served as a Play-by-Play Broadcaster for Ottawa Hills High School. Drake has also contributed to educational environments as a substitute teacher and has completed digital content internships. Pursuing a Bachelor of Education in Middle Childhood Education at Bowling Green State University, Drake's diverse skill set combines sports, education, and promotions.
