Charlie Maloney

Charlie Maloney possesses extensive experience in site management and project engineering within the construction industry. Currently serving as Site Manager at Tolent Construction Ltd since July 2016, prior roles include Site Manager at Pindan and Built. Earlier experience includes project engineering at Concrete Scene North West Pty Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed drainage setting, quality control, and contract tendering. Notably, during a previous tenure at Tolent Construction Ltd from June 2010 to February 2012, Charlie managed a significant £55m project converting a 5-storey office into an 8-storey hotel. Charlie began a career as Senior Engineer at McAleer & Rushe, contributing to the construction of large-scale warehouse and office facilities. Academic qualifications include a BSc Hons in Construction Engineering & Management obtained from the University of Ulster Jordanstown.
