Douglas Witschger has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and facilities management. Douglas started their career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 1983 as part of the Sheraton Denver West hotel. Douglas then worked at Corum Real Estate Group, Inc. as a Building Engineer from 2000 to 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they worked as a Lead Engineer at CBRE. In 2014, they joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as an Assistant Chief Engineer, and then moved on to Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. as a Building Engineer from 2015 to 2017. Douglas has also worked at CH2M millercoors as an HVAC TECH III for a brief period in 2017. In the same year, they worked at Power Wellness as a Facilities Manager. Currently, they are employed at Tolin Mechanical Systems as the Lead Engineer Data Center.

Douglas Witschger received a certification in Calibration Test Equipment from the US Army in 1981.
