Cathy Tucker

Cathy Tucker is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in total rewards and benefits administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor for Tolko Industries since January 2022, Cathy advises leadership on benefits and pension programs for Canadian and expanding American operations. Previously, Cathy held roles including Consultant at Strategic Pay Limited, Manager of Total Rewards at Tolko Industries, and Human Resources Manager at Pacific Blue Cross, successfully leading recruitment and wellness initiatives. Cathy started their career in various management positions at SuperPages and the Royal Bank of Canada, demonstrating expertise in client services, business processes, and customer service. Cathy holds an Honours First Class BBA in Human Resources and Psychology from Simon Fraser University.
