Andrew Loftin

Andrew Loftin, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with over a decade of experience in land entitlements, project management, and civil engineering design. Currently serving as Senior Land Entitlements Manager at Toll Brothers since November 2025, Andrew previously worked as a Civil Engineer at Kimley-Horn and held various roles at ESP Associates, Inc., including Department Manager and Civil Engineering Design Engineer III. Earlier experience includes positions at WSP USA as a Civil Engineer and URS Corporation as a Civil/Geotechnical Engineer, where Andrew contributed to significant projects such as the design of a coal-combustion product landfill for the Tennessee Valley Authority. Andrew earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
