Christina L. Congdon

Christina L. Congdon is an experienced legal professional in the field of real estate, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Counsel at Toll Brothers since February 2022. Previously, Christina held the position of Senior Real Estate Counsel at PREIT from January 2020 to February 2022 and served as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP. With significant expertise in transactional commercial real estate practices, Christina has represented clients in various activities including property acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage origination, loan workouts, and joint venture equity investments. Christina began legal training as a Law Clerk for Chief Judge Gloria M. Burns at the United States Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey and holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a B.S. in Economics and Marketing from The Wharton School.
