Jason Renock

Jason Renock is a seasoned professional in real estate development and construction, currently serving as the Senior Director of Development & Construction at Toll Brothers since June 2017. In this role, Jason oversees a team responsible for the management of multiple multifamily projects across Arizona and Colorado, with a project value exceeding $1 billion. Jason's career progression at Toll Brothers includes roles as Director of Development & Construction and Senior Development & Construction Manager, where substantial projects were led, totaling over $600 million in value. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, focusing on high-value condominium developments in New York City.
