Joel McMillan

Joel McMillan is an experienced professional in community planning and project management, currently serving as the Director of Community Planning and previously holding the positions of Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Toll Brothers. Joel's background includes military service as a Lieutenant Commander in the Supply Corps of the U.S. Navy Reserve. Prior experience also includes a role as Project Business Administrator at The Shaw Group. Joel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 2008 and a Master of Science in Financial Analysis & Investment Management with Honors from Saint Mary's College of California in 2012.
