Kyle Leith

Kyle Leith has extensive experience in management and construction, currently serving as PM Community Planning and previously as Management Associate and Construction Manager at Toll Brothers since January 2021. Prior to this role, Kyle was a Construction Manager at K. Hovnanian® Homes from May 2017 to January 2021. Additionally, Kyle managed operations at Baby Otter and Andre Dawson Swim Academy from October 2009 to January 2021, focusing on program development and community outreach in a certified non-profit swim program. Earlier experience includes serving as Warranty Construction Manager at WCI Communities and coaching baseball at Broward College, where Kyle contributed to the team’s success as NJCAA Division I Region 8 Champions in 2011. Kyle holds an MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Richmond.
