Margaret Puckett

Margaret Puckett currently serves as the Vice President of Land Acquisition at Toll Brothers since June 2025. Previously, Margaret held multiple roles at Tri Pointe Homes from April 2019 to June 2025, culminating in the position of Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development, along with experience as Vice President of Land Acquisition, Director of Land Acquisition, and Land Acquisition Manager. Prior to that, Margaret was a Land Acquisition Project Manager, Land Analyst, and Purchasing Coordinator at PulteGroup from January 2014 to December 2018. Early in the career, Margaret worked as the Golf Tournament Sales Director at Brookhaven Country Club from January 2012 to November 2013. Margaret earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Penn State University between 2008 and 2011.
