Mike Patschke

Mike Patschke has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Mike started their career at KidsPeace National Centers as a Counselor from December 1998 to August 2000. Mike then joined IMPACT Search & Strategies as an Account Executive from August 2000 to May 2003. Currently, they work at Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 company, as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In this role, they manage the recruiting operations, focusing on increasing candidate flow, quality, and time to fill while maintaining a low cost per hire. Mike also evaluates and enhances systems and technology to improve recruiter productivity and candidate experience.

Mike Patschke attended Mt Olive High School from 1989 to 1993, but did not receive a degree or study any particular field. Mike then pursued higher education at Muhlenberg College from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History.
