Todd Callahan

Todd Callahan has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries, currently serving as Regional President for the Pacific division at Toll Brothers since January 2018. Prior roles at Toll Brothers include Division President and Senior Vice President, and previously, Todd held the position of Vice President of Land Acquisition at Toll Brothers - Northern California from August 2012 to April 2020. Todd's career began at KB Home South Bay, where responsibilities included Director of Land Acquisition and Land management from May 2005 to August 2012. Todd holds a degree from Saint Mary's College of California, completed between 2001 and 2005.
