Xiaofei R. is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in community planning, real estate development, and architecture. Currently serving as Project Manager for Community Planning at Toll Brothers since October 2025, Xiaofei oversees the launch and performance of residential communities, coordinating design and construction efforts. Prior to this role, Xiaofei worked as Senior Assessor and Project Manager at CBRE, focusing on real estate property evaluations and reporting. Experience at Guardian included managing development projects, from due diligence to lease-up. A former Associate and Registered Architect at GBD Architects, Xiaofei contributed to a variety of project designs and entitlements.
