Heidi O'Bryan

Heidi O'Bryan serves as the Head of the Office of the CIO and IT Chief of Staff at Toll Group, focusing on driving strategy and functional performance within the IT function. Previously, at Coles, Heidi held several positions including Head of Commercial, Strategy and Operations, where effective digital operations were ensured through strategic partnerships. As Head of Transformation Program, significant improvements in store inventory management were implemented, receiving executive and board approval. Other roles at Coles included Senior Program Manager and Program Manager, where Heidi led successful change initiatives and complex projects. With a background in business improvement and change management across various organizations including Liquorland, Myer, ReConsulting, and Tesco, Heidi possesses extensive experience in program management and operational strategy, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Leadership from RMIT University.
