Lim Yen Ling, Ruth currently serves as the Head of Innovation Research & Development at Toll Group since September 2021, previously held senior roles at Bolloré Logistics, honestbee, and DHL eCommerce, with a focus on process automation and logistics solutions across the ASPAC region. Ruth has extensive experience managing projects in eCommerce logistics, utilizing technologies such as Robotics Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. Ruth's career includes roles in product marketing and technical engineering at ZiiLabs, Creative Technology, and STMicroelectronics, and educational qualifications include an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
