Richard Turner

Richard Turner has extensive experience in health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Health, Safety, Security and Environment at Toll Group since October 2017, Richard oversees strategic directions for safety and compliance across various operational units. Prior roles include EGM Global HSEC at Broadspectrum, where Richard led the HSEQ Leadership Team and implemented significant cultural shifts in risk management, and Head of Safety and Sustainability at Transpacific Industries, where Richard managed safety strategies across over 300 facilities. Richard's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Visy Industries and BlueScope Steel, contributing to health and safety initiatives in Australia, Southeast Asia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Richard holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Wollongong.
