Tina DiNello serves as the Global Head of Audit Risk & Advisory (Chief Risk Officer) at Toll Group since July 2022, leading a team to deliver Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk for a global organization. With extensive experience in governance and risk management, Tina has held positions including Head of Audit and Advisory at National Seniors Australia and General Manager of Risk, Assurance, and Compliance at Telstra, overseeing governance for a workforce exceeding 10,000 employees. Previous roles include Global Head of Risk, Internal Audit & Assurance at Treasury Wine Estates, Director of Risk Management at RMIT University, and Head of Internal Audit & Risk at Asahi Beverages and The Good Guys. Tina holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from RMIT University and has further credentials from Harvard Business School and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
