Pavel Staykov has a diverse work experience spanning many industries and roles. Pavel began their career as an IT Specialist at Paraflow Communications in 2009, before moving on to become a System Administrator and Project Manager at Direct.BG Ltd. In this role, they supported the office infrastructure and co-led projects.
In 2011, Pavel joined Hewlett-Packard as a Microsoft Software Support Specialist, providing technical support for Office365 cloud computing. Pavel later became an EMEA Critical Incident Manager, where they coordinated technical support for critical incidents raised by clients.
Pavel then joined Convergys in 2013 as a Team Manager for Microsoft Office 365, leading a team of technical engineers supporting German-speaking customers in EMEA. Pavel managed a cloud and hybrid environment and provided break and fix services.
From 2015 to 2018, Pavel worked at EXL, initially as a Quality and Process Improvement Manager, and later as a Senior Manager Quality and Process Improvement. Pavel also participated in a transformation consultancy project for a major insurance company, leading the team responsible for claims in the DACH region.
Starting in 2018, Pavel joined Crossover for Work, where they held various roles throughout their tenure. These included Customer Support Manager, Support Import Manager, Product Success Manager, Knowledge Curation Manager, Systems/Platforms Manager, and SaaS Monitoring Manager. In these roles, Pavel drove improvements in customer satisfaction, cost reduction, knowledge base, automation, and platform deployment.
Most recently, Pavel joined Tollanis Solutions, Inc. as a Program Manager before moving on to their current role as Delivery Director.
Pavel Staykov holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies in German, which they obtained from an undisclosed institution between the years 2007 and 2011. Pavel completed their high school education at Mathematical School Varna from 1999 to 2007, specializing in Mathematics with German. In addition, Pavel has obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation V3 and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from The Pyzdek Institute.
