Birger Soiland

Birger Soiland is a seasoned sales and partnership executive with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Publisher Partnerships at TollBit since September 2025, Birger focuses on transforming publisher content into revenue streams in the evolving AI landscape. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales at Norkon, where Birger redefined the sales architecture and integrated commercial teams, and significant contributions at Monetor, Zephr, and Piano, among others. A strong background in regional management and sales strategies was established during tenures at Cxense and Nordiske Medier A/S.
