Rod Stidham

Rod Stidham currently serves as an Account Manager for Men’s Health at Tolmar, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rod held the position of Sales Consultant for Orthopaedics at DePuy Synthes from July 2021 to July 2023. Rod's background includes experience as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Xavier University from August 2017 to March 2021 and as a Performance Specialist at Ignition APG from May 2015 to March 2021, focusing on designing and implementing performance programs for athletes across various levels, including NFL and NCAA D1. Rod Stidham earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Concordia University-St. Paul and an Associate’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Cincinnati.
