Georgiy Dzhikaev

Georgiy Dzhikaev serves as the Head of Acquisition and Operations at Toloka since June 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles. At Yandex from September 2017 to June 2023, Georgiy held the position of Head of Supply for the Yandex and Yango brands, where significant achievements included building one of the largest mass hiring operations for drivers and couriers across multiple regions, optimizing driver attraction costs, leading extensive research on investment efficiency models, and supporting a major M&A deal. Prior to Yandex, Georgiy co-founded Pons Technology, LLC, where the focus was on business development and manufacturing of disposable electronic cigarettes, achieving the highest distribution volume in Russia. Georgiy possesses a specialist degree in International Business from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics.
