Rosmiyana Shekhovtsova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies.

Rosmiyana began their career at Unilever, where they worked as an Assistant Area Sales Manager, responsible for field sales and delivery. Rosmiyana then moved on to become an Assistant Key Account Manager, looking after major health and beauty accounts, before assuming the role of Assistant Brand Manager, managing an Indonesian family shampoo brand and overseeing advertising campaigns.

Rosmiyana later joined Ruangguru.com as a Product Manager, where they managed the platform for teachers and handled matchmaking processes and operations on the supply side.

After that, they joined Bhinneka.Com as a Senior Product Manager, leading a stream in the Product team focused on B2C sales funnel and interface, inventory management, and logistics.

Rosmiyana'snext position was at Traveloka, where they served as a Senior Product Manager, managing the marketing team's technology stack, including push notifications, content platforms, event tracking, and online ads data pipeline.

Currently, they are working at Toloka as the Head of Customer Success, where they are responsible for building the Customer Success team and ensuring clients maximize their use of the platform, which combines human intelligence with algorithms for intelligent data labeling.

Rosmiyana Shekhovtsova has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from BINUS University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Rosmiyana then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Nanyang Business School from 2017 to 2018. Later, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Data Science at the Higher School of Economics.
