Andy Wagstrom

Andrew Wagstrom serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Rail at TKDA, a position held since July 2014, where responsibilities have included overseeing operations and engineering functions. Previously, Andrew was a Project Engineer at Stockwell Engineers, Inc. from May 2005 to July 2014. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from South Dakota State University.
