Lindsay Millard

Lindsay Millard, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at TKDA since October 2020. Prior to this role, Lindsay held the position of Senior HR Generalist at Independent Pet Partners from February 2019, following the acquisition of Chuck & Don's Pet Food & Supplies, where Lindsay worked in the same capacity from February 2012 to February 2019. Lindsay's earlier professional experience includes positions as a Board Member at Twin Cities Pet Rescue, HR Generalist at SUPERVALU, and Recruiting Coordinator at Cargill. Additionally, Lindsay has served as an HR Generalist at Schwan's Company, providing consultancy and recruitment support. Lindsay holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and graduated from Robbinsdale Armstrong Senior High School.
