Cindy Lemos is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in global partner supply, audience segmentation, and customer experience management. Currently serving as SVP of Global Partner Supply and Audience Segmentation at Toluna since September 2019, Cindy leads strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and optimize supply capacity. Previous roles include VP at Toluna, overseeing global supply management, and several leadership positions at Microsoft, Offerwise, and GMI, where significant contributions were made to panel operations and customer experience. Cindy holds a Certificate in Customer Experience Management from the University of Toronto and completed a course in Principles of Market Research from the University of Georgia.
