Hossam Taher

Hossam Taher currently serves as the Research Director and MEA Qualitative Lead at Toluna, a position held since March 2025, following a similar role at MetrixLab from August 2022 to March 2025, where significant contributions were made to the growth of the MEA Qual business. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Research Director at Ipsos and various roles at Awe Research and IRS, where foundational skills in qualitative research were developed. Hossam's career also includes positions in corporate sales and account management at BDO Esnad and Wasla Contact Center, along with early training stints at Arab African International Bank and AMRB Egypt. Hossam holds a Professional Certificate in Marketing from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Helwan University.
