Isabel Prieto has extensive experience in global business operations, currently serving as SVP of Global Digital Services at Toluna Corporate since March 2016. In this role, Isabel leads customer and technical support for internal and external platforms, oversees global training initiatives, and drives new process development to enhance product adoption and delivery quality. Previously, Isabel held the position of Vice President of Global Business Operations at Toluna, where responsibilities included revamping global support teams. Prior experience includes serving as Global Business Operations Director at Toluna and various roles at Ciao | Surveys GmbH. Isabel holds a degree from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.
