Lesslie Alvarez Burhans

Lesslie Alvarez Burhans has extensive work experience in financial and accounting roles. In 2012, they served as a Controller at Emerging Energy & Environment until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Controller at Small Business Community Capital (SBCC). Additionally, they were the Chief Financial Officer for Burhans Global Logistics, a family company. In 2020, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Small Business Community Capital, where they played a crucial role in providing capital and support for SME investments. In 2023, they joined Toluna as the Director of Finance and Accounting.

Lesslie Alvarez Burhans pursued their education with a focus on finance. Lesslie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Baruch College in 2005. Later, they furthered their studies and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2015.
